Morning I had participate the Larian 1 Malaysia Wangsa Maju at Dataran Umno Bahagian W.Maju..
Go there at 7.10AM...

I feel 7km like easy then our school Merentas Desa 4km..
Cause my stamina still keep..
Just leg pain oni..
But also can't get top 9..
The prize just for top 9..
Abel back to the end point..
He tought got prize to take..
